How do I apply for the course I would like to study?

You can download the Victory College of Design application form at Academic Download area. You will need to complete the form, submit your highest academic transcript (translated into English if required). If you are an international student you will need to provide proof of English language proficiency. All documents also need to be certified by either your agent or by an official in the Australian embassy in your country. When can I start my study at Victory College of Design?

Students can commence their studies at the Victory College of Design four times each year. For the next start date Click here
 

How long will it take to receive an offer from Victory College of Design?

It will only take 24 – 48 hours to receive an offer from Victory College of Design, upon the receipt of a complete application.
 

What are the entry requirements for Victory College of Design?

If you are a domestic student all you need is your HSC transcripts. For international students, entry requirements are country specific. Proof of English language proficiency is also required. Please see further details at Pre-Enrolment page.

 

Do I need to take IELTS for entry into Victory College of Design?

If English is not your first language and you have not completed your high school studies here in Australia, an IELTS score of 5.5 is required or you can complete an upper intermediate level at English course. Please see further details at Enrolment Requirement.

 

How do I pay?

You can pay your fees into the Victory College of Design bank account, or you can send a bank draft to the College. Can I pay by credit card?

Credit card payments can only be made within Australia. If you are an international student residing outside of Australia you can only pay by bank transfer or bank draft (not personal cheque). Please refer to Bank Draft payable to Victory College for more information.

 

What happens at Orientation and do I need to attend?

Yes, you are advised to attend Orientation as this is the day you will need to register for the first term, meet with key staff at College and learn about the many free services available to you as a new student. There will also be a campus tour and the chance to meet future friends in your mentor guided groups.
 

If I am currently enrolled at afternoon class, can I transfer to the evening class?

You may request a change your timetable prior to the course commencement date but not once the term has started. Availability of classrooms and other factors will determine whether a change is possible. There is a fee incurred for a change of timetable. Please refer to our information desk for advice on fees for services.
 

Do you have representative office or education agents?

Do you have other campus (es) in other states?

The Victory College of Design is based solely in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia.
 

I need to work to pay my tuition fee. Could I choose part-time study?

Part-time study options are available only for local domestic students. Domestic students can discuss their needs with one of our academic coordinators. Government regulations require that international students study full-time as a condition of their visa, however, international students are allowed work up to 20 hours per week as part of the visa conditions.

 

Do you provide work placement while I study at the College?

Yes, we do but the work placement is not part of the course, however, the College would like to give students an opportunity to gain practical work experience in the industry. Volunteer work experience is available for students who are close to ending their course. Please note that Victory College will not guarantee any payment for the work experience but will guarantee a valuable experience that will help you with further employment.
